Vinyasa Yoga in the Forest.
Time to reconnect to nature with a strong Vinyasa yoga flow in the forest. Vinyasa yoga is a fluid style of yoga that flows between different poses.
Vinyasa yoga can be adapted to suit beginners, however a previous knowledge of yoga would be advisable.
Suitable for participants aged 16 years and over
Duration - 1 hour (9.30am - 10.30am)
Cost: £8 + £1 booking fee per session.
If you book all 15 sessions prior to 3 May, a £21 multi-session discount will apply! This discount is only available by calling our Customer Relations team to book on 0300 068 0400 (Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm). (Subject to availability, all 15 sessions must be booked in one transaction and the discount does not apply to the booking fee).
In addition to the standard terms and conditions. by booking Yoga in the Forest you are agreeing to the following bespoke terms:
*Participants must be aged 16 years and over
*Please arrive 15 minutes early to each session
*Parking is included.
*Please bring a yoga mat, block and strap to the session
*Please be aware that this will be an outside experience so dress appropriately..
*If at any time during the class you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture.
*You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits.
*These classes are not suitable if you are pregnant.
*You understand that yoga is not a substitute for any medical attention, diagnosis or treatment.
*You should consult a doctor prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga.
*You recognise that it is your responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class.
*You recognise that exercise requires physical exertion and are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
*You accept that neither the instructor nor the hosting facility is liable for any injury or damages to person or property resulting from taking this class
In addition to the standard terms and conditions the following bespoke terms also apply:
*Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (maximum of 4 children per adult)
*Bring a packed lunch that can be carried 1km to the Bushcraft Camp, you will not return to the Visitor Centre until the session has finished at 3pm.
*Wear sensible shoes that you don't mind if getting muddy.
*Parking is free for this for this event, please ensure you have your car registration number with you to show the event organiser
*Dogs are not permitted for these events (with the exception of assistance dogs)
Each session is different as we move through the seasons and usually includes fire lighting, foraging and a craft skill … all based round the campfire at our secluded bushcraft camp. Activities can include whittling, weaving, natural dyeing, leather work and antler carving
These sessions encourage a genuine connection with nature and can help to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Duration: 10am to 3pm
Suitable for adults only.

*Participants must be 18 yrs+
*Bring a packed lunch that can be carried 1km to the Bushcraft Camp, you will not return to the Visitor Centre until the event has finished at 3pm
*Dress for the weather outdoors and wear sensible shoes.
*Dogs are not permitted for this event (accept assistance dogs)
